If the socket is the same diameter as the base of the usual 1156/1157 lamp, you can probably get the piece you need at the FLAPS. They sell a replacement contact assembly, which is a little circle of plastic with either one or two contacts in it, a spring under it, and about 6" of wire; it costs about US$1. You probably want the single-contact version. The wires won't have connectors on them; you have to splice them in or add your own connectors. Go to http://www.dormanproducts.com/ and put 85800 in the "part number" search to see a picture.
