Hi folks: I purchased a couple of these LCD's voltage meters to monitor the conditions of my batteries along with a voltage regulator that is required to run them. I ended up using a DPDT switch so I could just go between the main and auxiliary battery with one meter instead of two If you would like a setup like this for yourself, I have an extra one available for purchase. I believe they are about $25 or $30, I'll have to check my receipts. I can provide a complete wiring diagram. If you want to monitor both main and auxiliary batteries, you will need soldering skills to wiring the switch, otherwise the project can be done with solderless connectors. Cheers, Troy 89 Westy |
