oh yeah, my point which i forgot to include was this: a lot of the fixed up items were a surprise to me because of the sudden onset of the symptoms. i was convince that something that had been working had failed at once - fuel filter, chip, etc, not a bunch of random neglect hitting critical mass between stopping at the store and then getting back on the road.
