Including replacing that engine with a used one, I've put less than $1,000 into it in 16 years and it's been a daily driver the whole time. Of course, I have done all my own work on it. I shipped it from Hawaii to California and drove it to Texas then on to Maine. It has made 7 round trips from Maine to Tennessee and is the one I used when I drove from Maine to your place to pick up a middle seat for my Westy. I should paint the energizer bunny on the side.
