I had replaced the sparkplug wires about a year before with "Good as OEM" types from a list vendor. I found that the connector, which goes over #4 plug, was badly corroded ... AND ... the wire for #2 was corroded internally where it connects to the connector at the distributor. I put my old wires back on those two (keeping the other old wires as spares) and all has been well since. Mike |
