Chris may be right about that, and maybe I got lucky. I was easily able
to lift the forward edge of this panel away from the door well enough to
get one of those cheap right-angle screwdrivers in there and tighten the
bolt. However, my panel may not be what you're calling the cheap white
luann slider one (what does "luann" mean?). This one may have been
re-covered -- it's covered with soft tan vinyl, and there is a white
plastic channel along the top edge holding it in place.
