masonite is the stuff used as the backing board on the front doorpanels (and all other interior panels in a pass van) the 80-84 westy uses the thin plywood aka luann on all the other interior and hatch and headliner and slider doorpanels..its covered by the white contact paper..the stuff that peels off..
