<DIV class=RTE>I'm trying to determine which is creating my high idle while in Park and Neutral: the ISV or the ISCU. I measured with my digital multimeter, but unfortunately I've lost my instructions for it, so I'm not sure what it is I'm reading. The Bentley says to check for continuity, but I'm not sure what that means either. Basically the van idles fine with the ISV disconnected, and it doesn't hum or vibrate when connected, so I'm fairly sure that its the culprit. However, I bought a "tested and in good working condition" used one from e-bay, and it hasn't solved my problem so I think it is bad, too, but the seller asked me to measure the voltage at the connector to determine that - and I'm not sure I trust him as much as I trust my old friends on the list. So can anyone on the list tell me what my readings mean? </DIV>
