Subject:      Starter Bolts 91 Automatic

I am trying to replace a bad starter on a 91 Vanagon, Full Camper, with
Automatic.  Two bolts hold the unit in, and the top bolt appears to be a
torx T-50, however after putting a bit of force in attempting to remove it,
it spun.  Which leads me to believe it may be alan.  Since my Bentley manual
only goes to 87, it doesn't specify the type of bolt.



Can anyone provide tips, and the top bolt specs?
