I have had several things shipped to Canada.  The cheapest way is by USPS.
I have never had to pay duty on anything, but I do have to pay the GST and
a $5 Canada Post brockerage fee.  If you use any of the couriers such as
UPS or FedEx the brokerage fees are alot more.
