Yep, US regulators are set at 27mb or 10.5~11 wci. The Syncro 16" camper I own also has the Truma 2400 propane furnace, still connected to the German regulator and tank (inside the kitchen cabinet, yikes!), never looked to see what pressure the reg. is set at. Most likely the same as yours. Anyway, it's going to be replaced by an Espar diesel furnace, kind of silly to have a propane furnace when the van is diesel. SO, I have a complete Truma 2400 for sale if anyone wants one! :-) Also have the Electrolux 3-way fridge, heck, the whole cabinet if someone wants it, for sale. The fridge runs great on the same reg. the Truma is connected to, so it is German-spec too.
