Subject: Re: Westy Shower Solution --- now on Sale
Comments: To: Doug Alcock <doug.alcock@GMAIL.COM>

Doug, thanks! you made my day! i didn't know about those guys! i just ordered 2 shower kit (one for my friend) and one tent for me. The shipping was a bit on the high side to Canada but that is ok. (76$shipping-Air parcel + 26$ taxes ??? whos taxes? + 3.50 of fee broker), but i don't care, only a pump would have cost more than the 44,99$. I like the idea, simple and portable. I had design a similar thing for my next trip to Mexico, but now, i don't have to think of how to built one.

About that grey water... what is with you in the US??? men, we polute this planet in 1000's way worse than a frigging shower??????? anyway, i have bio soap...

When i was in Baja (Mexico) a few years ago, i was missing 3 main things: A portable table (yea! i was cooking on the ground), a solar shower and a porta pod. I didn't even have a second battery for that trip and was i was fine without one.

But believe me, after a few days of camping on beach's, the need for a shower was high... no way, we had to stop at somekind of Rv park to shower. As for the porta pod..... oufff, i'm never going back to Mexico without one. The table, well, i bough one as soon as i came back home.

The funny thing is that i was NOT prepared at all for that trip, but i made it and had fun.

I will also order one of those compact porta pod, like the white one: http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/content/Item/51/48/69/i514869sn02.jpg

One question if i may, how is the floor of that tent? i mean, where is the water goes (I don't care if it goes INTO the ground!!!), is it on the grass? no floor???

Many thanks, Ben
