I had the same issue just recently. Any RV store should have a replacement valve (just make sure the pressure relief valve setting is correct). Just tell them it's for a 'belly' tank. A bit pricey ($45) but a lot cheaper than the alternative (new tank, burned van). Believe me, you don't want to watch your van burn to the ground...BTDT, didn't get a T-shirt.
