my 84 gl is that color brown and i really like it - very stealthy
indeed -

as far as the reason for the decor of those giant ar-vees i would say
it is a matter of weeding out them that dont belong - if you like the
swoops you're in, if not, you're not.

or perhaps its another reason entirely - maybe it just takes the ar-vee
marketer longer to realize that the 80's are definitely over - they do
sort of resemble swatch watches circa the "hold me now" thompson twins,
dont you think?
