I think perhaps you're talking about "The Man Show"... and while I never watched it, I'd be inclined to agree with your assessment of it from the odd clips that I saw on the 'net. Personally I think that those two goofs are 'men' only by accident of their alleged genetics and equipment. I was talking about that group to which all naturally testicle-bearing humans are presumed to belong (thereby excluding the Mrs. Bobbitt types of the world), the assumption being that if you're wearing matching outfits with your wife you have defected and handed said items over to her for good. : )
