Yup. That's the whole point of the pressure cap. I know everyone knows that already - so no one will expect to find such an obvious error. I kept thinking, "can't be"; I must be reading it wrong. But after 3 times, it was still wrong. The paper clearly wasn't checked well enough before being put up on the site.

If anyone knows the author, perhaps a polite word will get it corrected.
