may I disagree here please. The only way to stop bens undercharging is by making the first step as a customer and simply paying him more. Now, I have an easy time saying this as I am pretty far away and therefore unfortunately not a customer, so I guess I will send him a check next time I use on of his great how-tos on the webpage. there is a wonderful scene in the book "the firm of the future" about the author (a lawyer) telling his pediatrist to charge more, but the guy never changes his rates. When the pediatrist one day charges him $40 for relieving his foot from constant pain when walking, he just pays him $70. Not as tip, he just wants his bill changed from $40 to $70. It worked, the guy changed his rates for everyone next day.
