Hi Neil. You can go to Security Mail in Blaine (250 H Street) and register with them for a nominal fee. Send your stuff there. They'll charge you a dollar to receive and a dollar to call you, whether its a steering wheel or four tires. :) Import it yourself and you don't have to pay the 40% "brokerage fees" that UPS and FedEx love to hit Canadians with. When you go down to pick up, tell the US Border guys you are going shopping, just to keep things simple. Call if you have any questions.
