Yeah, I got hit with this in New Zealand too when someone sent me stuff by UPS. Fortunately there are no FedEx brokerage fees here.

UPS it to be avoided at ALL costs. They're not known as Universal Parcel Smashers for nothing. -- Regards Andrew
