You can jack up the rear wheel, one at a time, and turn the wheel by hand to see if you hear anything from the CV. You can start the engine and shift the gear into the first and let the wheel spin. Make sure you have big blocks of something in front of the front wheels in case the van wants to move forward. If you can jack up both rear wheels it would be even better to see both spinning at the same time. My guess is it is one of the CVs that's having a problem.
