sorry ben, my bad, i am actually german, so my english is not all that precise... ok. i will drive again tomorrow, up and down the street, and come up with a better description. it just freightened me so i just wanted to get back to my driveway. to answer your questions: kep adpter plate and flywheel, new sachs clutch. used the alignment dowel, so i dont know what i could have done wrong there. thinking about it, dirt in the cv is definetely an option. as joel pointed out, bad cv's cant shake the van, so i guess i will have to see if its worse when turning, and also if the van really shakes or if the noises and clunkiclong just set me off. will report tomorrow. flo
