If you were indeed reasonably diplomatic you would not have called anyone who tried to rebuild his engine the very first time NOT reasonably conscious. When I first started the newly rebuilt engine I was busy combating the lifter noise at the back of the engine. Had I raised my head a few inches higner I would have seen the oil pressure warning light being on. How did you do when you rebuilt your vanagon engine the first time?
