Are you sure this is a clutch issue?

The fact that you experience the jerkiness when decelerating in 3rd tells me it may be something else. Maybe the decel swith on the throttle body is out of adjustment: that could make the engine run lean on acceleration as well.

Try to ascertain whether it's really the clutch or something else. Your clutch should still be good after two years.

What happens if you're in neutral at idle and suddenly rev the engine? Does it hesitate? That could be a sign of the idle/decel switch out of adjustment.
