My thought is ... I would negotiate with the guy as to what he would pay for my "Expert" services and time. Once it was established what I would make on the deal then I could search for the Westy that best suits his needs. If he's not willing to pay me what I'm worth, then I'd tell him good luck and look for another way to make money.
