My 16 year-old daughter, Nocturna the Bat Girl, is getting her license in a couple of weeks. Mrs Squirrel is upgrading her car and donating her 94 Volvo 850 sedan to the cause. I'm taking over its insurance + adding my daughter to my policy. Which takes my 6-month insurance premium from $350 to $1,000. And that's with only California minimum coverage. This'll be my only contribution to the Volvo owners thread.
