Subject: Re: UPS Canadian brokerage fees-------- again

The USPS just had a postage increase on 5/14/07, last Monday. First class went up by about 5 percent Who uses first class in shippng Vanagon parts? ( I do. My 36 piece stainless steel exterior set ships out first class ) First class only goes up to 13 ounces.

All other USPS services and products were affected, too. First class was just a teaser rate increase. Here are the affected services that affect me ( and you ). Economy parcel post to Canada has been eliminated. Priority mail is the cheapest way to go, now. Priority mail has increased 13 percent. Delivery confermation has increased from 50 cents to 65 cents.A 30 percent increase. All the other services have all had increased beyond the 5 percent first class increase. www.usps.com or 1-800-275-8777.

Im still getting aquainted with them. I sold several items to Canada this week and the recipients are all choking on this shipping problem.
