Does the engine attempt to start? Do you get any coughing and spitting as though trying to start, or simply nothing - period. If the latter, be sure the wire to the Hall sending unit is solidly attached and is in good condition - no shorts, bare wire, etc.

If no fire or sometimes fire - and all ignition wires and continuity has been checked and is ok, pull the injectors and see if they are firing off properly. Of not, check for wiring again, and consider a faulty ECU.

No matter what, I am afraid you are going to have to spend some time sleuthing to fid and fix the problem.
