Chris, I recently used Herculiner as an undercoating in the wheel wells and under the front of the 66 Bus that I am working on. I really liked it alot. You roll or paint brush it on and it comes out looking black and lumpy. It is a rubberized black coating that is usually used on truck bed liners. I have recently heard about a new epoxy undercoating that can be tinted any color and sprayed on. Maybe this is what you are looking for. Why would you want to drive around the with gates down?
