Recently bought a motor w/pay pal from online junkyard (Becks)and no motor was shipped-long story short  unless the seller is insured w/pay pal or it"s a ebay acount youre out of luck for the 1000.00 insurance on a fake website thru pay pal .Pricey lesson learned-still bummin matt
