Firing order is 1-4-3-2. If you remove the distributor cap there is a mark on the rim of the distributor for the 1st. Put the cap back on and you can connect the wires 1-1, 4-4, 3-3 and 2-2 sequentially.

The cylinders are like this:

front 3 1 4 2 rear

You will see the wires for 1 and 2 crosses but not 3 and 4.
