Roger,I'm glad you mentioned that. I mailed a registration to the DMV about 2 days ago with the old postage. Now it'll probably be returned for the missing 2 cents, and I'll have to pay the DMV a late fee!

As far as FedEx Ground, it's WORSE than UPS because there's no pickup office. If FedEx Ground attempts delivery and you're not home, they'll leave attempted delivery notes, try a few more times, and then RETURN THE ITEM TO THE SENDER! With UPS, you can tell them to hold the item for pickup, and can usually get it on the same day they miss delivery. If I have to use FedEx Ground, I have it sent to my place of work.
