For over 10 years, I have personally used USPS Priority Mail to send my "oddball" items I sell on a part-time basis, using their "Click n Ship" feature on their website. Delivery Confirmation, a nice tracking feature, is free when using Click n Ship. Saves me 65 cents that way.

Anything I send to Canada (or to other foreign addresses) goes Air Parcel Post so that it gets there in a reasonable amount of time. Any other USPS method overseas is much to slow in the "pipeline" and the recipient would be a very old person by the time the item arrives.

By using Click n Ship, it also saves an enormous amount of time, because the local post office line is usually out the door and at least 25 minutes waiting before you get to a counterperson (I had to buy some "Forever Stamps" the other day. Good thing I brought the newspaper to read while waiting). With Click n Ship, I print the labels, stick 'em on the packages and just drop 'em off with NO waiting. -- Jim Thompson 84 GL 1.9 "Gloria" 84 Westfalia 2.1 "Ole Putt" 73 K Ghia Coupe "Denise" 72 411 Station Wagon "Pug" oldvolkshome@gmail.com http://www.oldvolkshome.com ***********************************
