Just a followup to the previous posts on the a/c problems with the 1990 Westfalia. We found the problems with the fans not running on 3/4 speeds. The red power wire connection had some surface corrosion that was causing increased resistance that blew the fuse. We also replaced the cooked lo/high pressure switch on the high side line. The evaporator fan was not running creating high side pressure that was too high. This was fixed by replacing a burned resistor. There was also a leak at a condesor connection that was repaired by using the correct o-ring. The system is now working like new and I measured the temperature at the vents to be 33 deg. F. I am cool as a cucumber now. Thanks to everyone on the list that helped with info/suggestions.
