The sump pan bolts (N01024016) are just a standard 8mm (1.25mm thread pitch), 20mm long, about the same as I've used on Bug clutches in the past, very common size. Other lengths available are 25, 30, 35mm respectively, very common at a good FLAPS or even Lowes. Originally they have a 13mm Hex Head, but I'm sure a metric hardware supplier on line can supply with an Allen Head if desired. If a 12mm Hex head is desired, most Japanese vehicles use this configuration, but make sure the thread pitch is correct at 1.25mm - some Japanese use a finer thread depending on the application.
