I tried a dozen times to get the status of my skylight order (placed Mar 4 - credit card charged) and NEVER got any response. Their phone was disconnected and all attempts at various email addresses returned no results. Finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and ordered the GoWesty product. Had it in 4 days... YMMV.

Bummer, I really wanted a blue skylight.
