The very first place I went after I repaired the line...Auto Parts store for new lines.. The Van I have has a transplanted motor and I visually 'checked' that fuel line when I replaced the fuel pump, thinking..."Hey, I think this line has been replaced" But after having some of it in my hand, in daylight, out from under the bus, I can see it is older, perhaps even the original... You are right, Benny, assume nothing! Check everything yourself, so you KNOW for sure what you have...I should know better, having been 'bit' by having some so called "professional" do something to my race car, only to have whatever they did be "Not right"...and cost me races, or worse..cause me to waste time and money going across the US only to have a big problem after just a few practice laps... Next thing I will check, personally, before I drive again is my brake lines... Yes, I was lucky after being very bad...
