We had a thread maybe a couple of years ago on how to rig a A/C cut out but I'm damned if I can find it- checked the archives, my personal stash... I don't doubt that some other thread heading got hijacked into an a/c discussion and I can't find it because it's called 'which porta-potti works best...' or some such crap. Maybe Sisler remembers this... anyway the idea was that there are some vehicles out there that use a vacuum (or maybe it's lack-of-vacuum) switch of some kind that cuts out the compressor when the throttle is open far enough. Unfortunately that's about all I remember.
