Alone or with a helper?

For a first timer, block 3 hours for the job.

Once you know how to do it, 1 hour (not counting emptying the tank).

And have enough gas cans to drain the tank most of the way.

I put the front HIGH up on stands, and can easily do everything from underneath without issue. I also found that I leave the RIGHT SIDE hoses off until the tank is in place. You can pop these in thru the RS wheelwell. Grease the grommets so the barbs slip in. If you don't, you risk pushing the grommet into the tank (tank comes out again for you to fish out the grommet; BTDT)

You should also consider changing the fuel tank sender while it's out. If you don't it will probably go bad next week. ;-)
