I just did this last weekend for the first time ever. I think 3 hours is a bit generous but more or less accurate. I found it impossible to connect the plastic crossover barbs until the tank was almost entirely in place. I had to cut the back of my fat hand reaching through the gap between the rail and seat pan to reach the fiTings.

I have an aftermarket tank FWIW.
