Front: Note the shim. It's a 2x2 inch chunk of 3/16ths delrin, belt sanded to the appropriate triangular cross section and epoxy'd to the frame. An easier way would been to have simply taken a corner off the poly bushing. oh well. anyway, there was a fair bit of extra play in the top of the end links -- note the giganto bolt. so I put a few garden hose washers in there to make up the space. one is black, the other is orange. another thing to note is that the bar has 719 written on it -- ADDCO's number. But I bought them from PST. See? It's the same! Getting the old bar out of the top section of the end-link took generous amounts of astroglyde personal lubricant, though I bet soap might work ;) So, for the rear. Look how I botched the frame mounts. Honest -- just following the directions.
