Konis can be adjusted for rebound damping, though this means unbolting the lower end of the rears and removal of the front springs... ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ Removal of the Konis is necessary for re-adjustment of rebound damping (there are 5 half-turn settings) however removal of the front springs is NOT necessary. Why would it be when the shock is removed through the spring and exiting from below ? Springs remain in situ...
