I recently installed 2 identical group 41 Wal-Mart batteries in both
locations on my '87 Westy with very little trouble. On the main you must
rotate the swivel base/ seat 180 degrees to do it without bending the
sheetmetal. And for the aux. batt., I just removed the swivel/ seat
entirely to do the job properly. I did relocate the factory aux power relay
to a spot where it didn't interfere with the side of the aux. batt. YMMV.
