Bilsteins have been a thread before... and it appears that some will break off at the top mounts.

Konis can be adjusted for rebound damping, though this means unbolting the lower end of the rears and removal of the front springs...

Removal of the Konis is necessary for re-adjustment of rebound damping (there are 5 half-turn settings) however removal of the front springs is NOT necessary. Why would it be when the shock is removed through the spring and exiting from below ? Springs remain in situ...
