Some of this might be obvious, but just in case...

Did you carefully check the wiring? Usually the door lock/mirror wiring gets severed in the door jam rubber boots.

Unplug the power lock harnesses (under fuse box, under glovebox) and check each wire for continuity from the actuator.

Make sure front doors are closed when testing system...the locks don't work normally if either door is open.

See what happens at the copper terminals on the B pillar in front of the sliding door when you lock/unlock front doors. Remove terminal post for a minute to inspect wire positions. Brown terminal is ground. White / Yellow alternate 12v+ based on front door locked/unlocked. 4th terminal is unused.

If you are still having trouble, try swapping actuators with the one from the rear hatch or side door, just to confirm if the problem is in the actuator you took apart or not...
