Yes, that is modified for a second battery. The installer screwed it up
though, no fuse for the kitchen! The correct wiring is pretty simple.
The white wire from the Westy kitchen connects to the blue wire, which
triggers the fridge relay to only run on 12 volts when the engine is
running. That version of Westy wiring has the fridge relay screwed down
on top of the fridge where you can't get to it easily. Looks like
someone got confused by the early wiring and added a second fridge relay
wired as some versions of the Bentley shows.
Until you determine if you have the 182A or 182B versions of the fridge,
you won't know if the added relay helps or hurts. The 182A version has
the fridge relay as part of the fridge.
