The stock RSA Caravelle came with nonsealed halogen high-beams inboard of the H4s. These are what I received when I bought a set of upper & lower RSA grills from Capetown. This is what you SHOULD get with the upper grill, in addition to the mounting-brackets (you'll have to drill holes to fit them... make sure they are centered correctly beforehand!!).
