Haven't heard this topic for awhile, but yes, if it is hot and the A/C is running, and
the fan (there is only one) kicks into high speed, it can sound like a DC-3 with bent
propellers. My '90 was doing that a lot, and on the suggestion of a listee, I took the
motor apart, lubed the bearings. Didn't help much, so bought a new motor from a list
vendor.
Guess what? Still makes a lot of noise at times. I give up.

It was really hot yesterday and I could hear the radiator fan starting up occasionally
and it sounded normal. But when I turned on the AC (traveling about 65MPH) the load
vibration stated again after 30 minutes or so. Is there a second fan for the AC or
does anyone have any idea what the problem is?
