Before you take the window motor out and apart etc, check the wiring for continuity. Since your motor "clicks" it may not be wiring, but it is easy to check the wiring nonetheless.

Remove the two fuse box screws and lower the fuse box.

Find the connector(s) for the drivers side window switches and unhook then under the dash (They will be behind/around the fusebox and will be coming from the door grommet).

Unhook from the switches and check each wire with a continuity tester. And while you're down there make sure all the brown ground wires are still connected to the quarter sized ground tabs. If you have a broken wire, try manually bypassing it with a spare piece of wire.

Often times the wires get broken in the door jam rubber tube....this is usually why power mirrors or locks stop working.
