"> > Does anyone have experience with adding propane capacity to a vanagon?" I have had the same heater for 5 years and have used it, the stove daily, sometimes run the heater all night, for a year and have never run out of propane.... Keith's right, something is wrong with your consumption. Although I don't use my fridge, the difference between 3 days/nights and 2 years of camping is just too much. I also have that same quick-connect down in that corner ... very handy to have. I'm adding a Carver under the bench so I'm adding another tank under the sliding door for another 3+ gallons of propane. I'll "T" into that joint under the sink and avoid messing with the OEM tank.
