FedEx ground is #1 on my most hated shipping companies! They have horrible
service, and no pick-up office if you're not home to receive the delivery.
They just circle and circle your home, keep attempting deliveries at times
when you're never going to be there, and then they return the item to the
sender. At least you can call UPS and tell them to hold the item for
pickup. I feel sorry for you, Loren. It's very frustrating when delivery
people don't use any form of common sense, such as NOT just leaving a 50 lb
item out for the public to steal. And maybe the Norcold was sent away "on
hiatus," and will mysteriously show up on the 19th as scheduled!
Anyway, I wanted to request that you take lots of pictures and and post all
the details of these installs - the Norcold, the battery, and the solar
panels. Which larger battery did you get, and is the battery separator the
same as a relay system?
Hope Fedex makes good on their goof-up.
Patti
